House Rules

HOUSE RULES

 

All members are strictly forbidden to bring any unknown person into the hall.

No member has the right to open the inside door of the hall.

No member is allowed to give alcoholic drinks to minors.

All members are responsible for their guests and families.

Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children while on Club property.

Obscene and foul language will not be tolerated.

There will be no fighting allowed on the club property or surrounding areas. All incidents will be reviewed by the Officers.  The first incident will result in a one (1) year suspension and the second will result in expulsion as a member of the Bavarian Aid Society.

Defacing club property or any willful damage by any individual will result in the person being responsible for this damage and will also be subject to possible disciplinary action by the Officers.

All members must carry their membership card while attending the club.

Any person who had previously been denied for membership or was expelled or during suspended from the Society, shall not be permitted entry as a guest.

Non-members are not permitted to sit or stand at the main bar or bowling alley bar.

If membership is available, any person wishing to enter the Society as a guest must upon the third visit within (1) one year, apply for membership.

Any violation of these House Rules, or refusal to comply at once to these orders from any officer or on-duty employee, will be disciplined in accordance with the Constitution of the Society.
