House Rules

HOUSE RULES FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS

1. No unknown persons are permitted in the club.
2. Only doorman or bartender can open inside door to the club.
3. No alcoholic drinks can be served to minors.
4. Members are responsible for guests – when member leaves, guests must leave.
5. Parents are responsible for children’s conduct.
6. Obscene language will not be tolerated.
7. Fighting will not be tolerated.
8. Defacing or damaging club property will not be tolerated.
9. Members must carry membership card and present card if requested.
10. Key FOBS are for member-use only.
11. Any expelled or suspended member is not permitted in the club for any reason.
12. Upon third visit in one (1) year, a guest must apply for membership (with exception of spouse or children under the age of 21).
13. No tobacco or vape permitted – use designated area.
14. Food is not permitted to be brought into the club when the kitchen is open.
15. No snack items can be brought into the club.
16. No one under the age of 18 is permitted at the Skills or pull-tab machines.
17. No alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought into the club (even as a gift).
18. Alcohol must be consumed inside the building.
19. No drinking games are permitted.
20. No weapons or firearms are permitted on property.

Any violation will result in discipline in accordance with the Constitution of the Bavarian Aid Society.
